• COD orders require confirmation via phone before processing.

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, MasterCard, Cash On Delivery, and other secure methods (e.g., SSLCOMMERZ).

We accept returns for eligible items in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

• Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
• Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Repeated refusal of COD deliveries without valid reason may result in account suspension or restrictions.
